Don't do release planning, do release refactoring

Release planning is not something you do only at the beginning of a release. The world of software is much more dynamic than that and plans are made to be changed. Effective release planing is much more similar to refactoring code - you need to do it often as your release evolves.

In this session we will talk about what is release planning and sprint mapping. Why you should do it do it all along your release.
